Lasse Bolander started his career in the food industry at, among others, Tulip and Arla Foods. He has also spent a number of years in the media industry, most recently as CEO of Berlingske Media. In addition to the chairmanship of Coop Danmark's board of directors, Lasse Bolander is also chairman of the board of, among others, Information A/S, KHR Arcitecture A/S Direct Gruppen A/S, Spejder Sport A/S and Travelmarket A/S. Lasse Bolander is a member of the board of Foreningen AP Pension, OK amba, Trap Danmark and Einar Willumsen A/S.

Lasse Bolander was born in 1968 and joined Coop Danmark's board of directors in June 2008.
